📦 Orders & Delivery
Why does checkout ask for a shipping address if nothing is being posted? Shopify's checkout system asks for an address as standard — it's just how the platform works! For digital downloads, nothing will be posted to you. Your files will be delivered straight to your inbox. For POD giftable products, your address is needed because those are physically made and shipped to you.
How will I receive my digital download? Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an automated email with a link to access your files. This usually arrives within minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there!
I haven't received my download email. What should I do? First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct. Still nothing? Drop us a message via our contact page and we'll sort it out for you.
How long does delivery take for POD giftable products? Because every giftable item is made to order especially for you, please allow a little extra time for production before it's dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
🖨️ Digital Downloads & Printables
What exactly is a digital download? It's a file you receive digitally — nothing physical arrives in the post. Once you have your download link, you can save the files to your device and print them at home or through a print shop, as many times as you need for personal use.
What is a Canva template and do I need an account to use it? Some of our products are editable Canva templates, which let you personalise the design with your own names, dates, and details. You'll need a free Canva account to access and edit them — you can sign up at canva.com at no cost. No design experience needed!
Can I edit the files once I've downloaded them? Ready-to-print PDF files are not editable — what you see is what you get! If you'd like to customise your product, look for items labelled as Canva templates, which allow full personalisation.
What size should I print at? Each product listing will include the recommended print size. For best results, we recommend printing on cardstock rather than standard copy paper, especially for invitations and decorations.
My file won't open or download properly — help! Try downloading on a desktop or laptop rather than a mobile or tablet, as large files can sometimes have trouble on smaller devices. If you're opening a zipped (.zip) file, you'll need to unzip it before accessing its contents.
🎁 POD Giftable Products
Who makes and ships the giftable products? Our giftable products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted third-party production partner, Printify. Each item is made to order and shipped directly to you from their network of specialist print providers.
Can I return or exchange a giftable product? Because every item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo, and we'll work with our suppliers to make it right.
Can I send a giftable product directly to someone as a gift? Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. We'd suggest double-checking with them beforehand that they'll be home to receive it.
🔒 Usage & Licensing
Can I use these files for commercial purposes or resell them? All products are for personal use only. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes. If you have a specific query about licensing, please get in touch.
Can I share my download link with friends? We kindly ask that you don't — each purchase is licensed for one person's personal use. The more we're able to support the shop, the more new designs we can create for you! 🎉
💳 Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any payment options shown at checkout (which may include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on your device).
I have a discount code — where do I enter it? You'll find the discount code box on the checkout page. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other active promotions.
