Refund policy

At Little Party Pixie, we want every purchase to bring a little magic to your celebration. Please read our policy below — we've kept it as simple and straightforward as possible for both our digital and physical products.


🖨️ Digital Downloads & Printables

Because our digital products are delivered instantly and electronically, all sales on digital downloads are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

This is standard practice for digital goods and is recognised under consumer protection law — once a digital file has been delivered and accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can.

By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund once the download link has been accessed.

However, we will always make it right if:

  • Your download link is broken or not working
  • The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were sent the wrong file
  • There is a significant error or defect in the product itself (for example, a major design fault not shown in the listing)

In any of these cases, please contact us at shop@littlepartypixie.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll either fix the issue or issue a full refund — whichever is most appropriate.

Please note: We are not able to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Choosing the wrong size or colour when printing (please check the recommended print sizes in the product listing before printing)
  • Incompatibility with software other than what is specified in the listing (e.g. Canva templates require a Canva account)
  • Issues arising from your own printer, ink, or paper quality

🎁 Giftable & Print-on-Demand Products

Our giftable products are made to order specifically for you by our trusted production partner, Printify. Because each item is individually produced at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, colour, or style selected at checkout — please review product details and any size guides carefully before ordering
  • Personalisation errors made by the customer at the time of ordering

We will always resolve issues caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Items arriving damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items being sent

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We'll work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


📬 A Note on Shipping & Delivery Issues

For POD products, once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us, and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
