Whether you're downloading a party printable or ordering a personalised gift, we've made it simple to get everything you need for an unforgettable celebration — no stress, no guesswork.
🖨️ Printables & Digital Downloads
Our printable party products are digital files — meaning nothing physical will arrive in the mail. Instead, you'll receive everything you need to print at home or at a local print shop, right from your device.
Here's how it works:
1. Browse & buy. Find a design you love and complete your purchase at checkout. You may notice the payment system asks for a shipping address — don't worry, this is just a standard part of the checkout process. No physical item will be sent to you.
2. Receive your download link. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to your digital files. This is delivered as a PDF containing either:
- A direct download link to your ready-to-print files, or
- A link to an editable Canva template, where you can personalise the design with your own text, colours, and details — no design experience needed.
3. Personalise (if applicable). If your product includes a Canva template (these will state 'editable product'), simply click the link, create a free Canva account if you don't already have one, and customise away. Once you're happy with it, download your finished design and print, or you can simply send it as a .jpg or .png file on your phone!
4. Print & party Print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. We recommend printing on cardstock for the best results. Then cut, assemble if needed, and you're ready to celebrate! 🎉
💡 Good to know: Your files are available to download immediately after purchase. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Files are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
🎁 Print-on-Demand (POD) Gifts & Products
Our giftable products — think mugs, tote bags, cushions, apparel, and more — are made to order and shipped directly to your door by our trusted third-party production partners.
Here's how it works:
1. Browse & buy. Choose your product, select any personalisation options, and complete your purchase. These products are physical items, so your shipping address is needed at checkout.
2. Your order goes into production. Once your order is placed, it's sent directly to our printers' production network, where it's printed and quality-checked by specialist print providers. Because each item is made to order just for you, please allow a little extra time for production before shipping.
3. It ships to you. Your order is shipped directly from the printer's facility to your address. You'll receive tracking information once it's on its way.
4. Enjoy (or gift!) your one-of-a-kind piece. Every item is made fresh for your order — no mass production, no sitting on a shelf. Just a beautiful, personalised product ready to celebrate someone special.
💡 Good to know: Because POD products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If there's a quality issue or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
